What is TransClipper?

TransClipper is an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate transcripts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts videos. It offers features like bulk importing, cloud storage, team collaboration, and AI agents to enhance content creation and management.

How does TransClipper work?

Simply paste your video URL or import links in bulk, and our AI extracts the transcript instantly. You can then customize, translate, save to your cloud library, and share with your team. Our AI agents can also help optimize scripts for better engagement and virality.

Is TransClipper free to use?

Yes! We offer a free tier with 3 transcripts per day. For unlimited transcripts, bulk processing, AI agents, and premium features, check out our Pro or Business plans.

How long does it take to get a transcript?

A typical short-form video is transcribed in under half a minute, and the breakdown follows a few seconds later. Longer videos take a little more, depending on length and queue.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account and you keep access until the end of the billing period. And if TransClipper isn't for you, use the contact page within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.

How does creator tracking work?

Follow the creators you study — up to 5 on Pro, 15 on Business — and once a week we check each one for new posts, transcribe up to 3 of them, and break down the hook, structure and viral score. Every Monday you get an email with that week's posts, strongest hook first. Free accounts can follow 1 creator and get one full breakdown to see how it works; after that the posts are listed but the analysis is locked.

What counts as an AI agent run?

One run = one generation: a batch of hooks from the Hook Writer, one rewritten script from the Script Rewriter, or one full breakdown from the Virality Analyzer. Pro includes 100 runs per month, Business includes 300. Re-opening a past result doesn't use a run — only generating something new does.

What's the difference between Pro and Business?

Both plans include unlimited transcripts (fair use). Business triples agent runs (300 vs 100), doubles max video length (10 minutes vs 5), and tracks 15 creators instead of 5. If you're a solo creator, Pro covers most workflows.

Do unused agent runs roll over?

No — agent runs reset at the start of each billing cycle. Transcripts on paid plans are unlimited (fair use), so there's nothing to roll over. If you regularly run out of agent runs, Business gives you 300 per month.

Is "unlimited transcripts" really unlimited?

For any real research workflow, yes — transcribe as many videos as your work needs, every month. Fair use means the plan is intended for individual (or, on Business, team) use, not automated scraping; we reserve the right to throttle extreme automated usage to keep the service fast for everyone.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards. We never see or store your card details.

What happens to my library if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. All your transcripts, analyses, and saved videos stay in your library — you just go back to Free plan limits for new imports and agent runs.
